As your trainer, my goal is to help you create real results within a disciplined 30-day period. Because if we can jumpstart your results, you’ll have created the foundational habits to continue with your new, healthy lifestyle!

Your 30-day workout plan, Month Two, comes with fresh exercises, and I’ll be adjusting your meal plan, to keep that body guessing, and working hard. I’m proud of you for sticking with this, and we certainly don’t want to move backward.

I will keep the layout the same since you’ve gotten used to your new lifestyle routine, but it’s always exciting to get new exercises to keep your body and mind fresh!

At the end of 30 days? Well, my friend…that’s just the beginning. You can continue building upon your progress independently or select a new Purely Fit workout plan to take you to the next level of your fitness journey.

Frequent questions and concerns…

What results can I expect to see in four weeks? . . .

Your efforts will reflect your results. If you’re consistent with both your workouts & your nutrition, you will see your body transforming.

Why do the programs last for 30 days? . . .

I do 30 day programs to keep you focused & energized. I feel if you don’t change things up after a period of time, you become complacent.

Do I need a gym membership? . . .

Not unless you want one. All of my programs offer both a home & gym workout plan, unless you purchase an equipment specific plan. It is all about your preference & daily schedule.

What if I don't know anything about macros? . . .

You will be provided tools to help you learn & implement macro tracking. You will also be given a grocery list & food ideas. No stress, I will teach you everything you need to know!

Why will I be tracking macros? . . .

I have struggled with very restrictive diets & binge eating. Macro tracking has allowed me to develop a healthy relationship with food, which enables me to eat the food I love without being isolated from time with family & friends. It has transformed my body & mind.

What types of workouts are provided? . . .

With each program, you are provided a home & gym workout plan (unless you purchase an equipment specific plan), an equipment free cardio workout, both beginner & advanced, to help build endurance & burn fat. You will also be given an Express workout for those super busy days! I will have you covered.

What equipment will I need? . . .

Almost all programs require at least a pair of dumbbells, an exercise mat & a table or chair. An equipment list is provided with each program.

How many days a week will I be working out? . . .

Most programs are 5 days/week. You can choose the HITT program provided on your days off from working out or use you 2 days off with “active rest” days.

What are "active rest" days? . . .

These are days that you are not doing a specific workout. Most likely, these will be weekends. “Active rest” simply means, resting from working out but still staying active. Example: going for a walk, hike, swim or skiing are just a few examples.

What if I need to skip a workout on a particular day? . . .

Each program comes with an Express workout. This is an equipment free workout that only takes 15 mins. This workout can be done anywhere. Or you can choose to use one of your “active rest” days to catch up on the workout missed. But most importantly, you will NOT be perfect! So if you miss one, start over the next day. This does not mean failure!

What if I eat gluten or dairy free? Or I'm a vegan or vegetarian? . . .

With your customized meal plan, you have the power to choose the foods you eat. That is the beauty of macro tracking!

What happens after my four weeks on this program? . . .

After 4 weeks, you may want to continue independently with your newfound knowledge. Or you can purchase another TPF program where I will suggest another plan to keep your body progressing forward towards your goals.

What are the weekly check-ins? . . .

I will touch base with you each week via email to urge you forward on your plan. Accountability, focus & motivation will keep you on track & moving quickly to your goals.

Do you work with all fitness levels? . . .

Yes! I have trained hundreds of clients of all different ages & fitness levels. I have designed numerous programs that is sure to fit your needs & abilities. Checkout all the programs & choose the one that fits you best!

I am brand new to strength training. What if I don't know what the exercises are? . . .

Even experienced lifters need refreshers from time to time. Each exercise move is demonstrated with video so you can see proper form and know exactly what to do.
