First, you'll complete The Purely Fit assessment questionnaire which will help me understand your current health and fitness level. I'll take an inventory of what's working for you and against you and design a plan to help you fall in love with taking great care of yourself. My clients are busy parents and professionals who need a simple, stick-withable plan. The assessment helps me design the right strategy for you!

Your plan will include a customized 30-day workout schedule and the entire Purely Fit Formula—which is a precisely tailored macro eating plan designed to help you reach your fitness goals as safely, deliciously, and efficiently as possible! The Purely Fit Formula includes video lessons, tools, recipes, and resources to help you keep moving forward week after week.

In addition to weekly email checkins and support, you'll also receive a personalized weekly video Q&A. What does this mean? It means if you have questions, I'll answer them in a video from me to you. My clients love this extra support because it feels like your fitness fairy godmother is right there with you, helping you move forward with your new lifestyle (especially in the tricky times). The best thing about my video Q&A is that you can watch the videos over and over when you need extra motivation!

The Purely Fit 30-day coaching program is a great way to jumpstart your fitness lifestyle without feeling locked into a longterm plan. If you can stick with it for 30 days (and with me in your corner, you will;), you can stay with it for a lifetime. However, some of my clients enjoy having personalized support and decide to continue with monthly coaching. Month-to-month coaching enables me to continually evaluate your progress and optimize your plan. I'll tweak your fitness and nutrition strategy as needed—to help you stay with it and break through plateaus with ease!
